Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various systems and components. Qualifications:- 1 year of hotel or relevant experience- Strong knowledge electrical, and plumbing systems- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment Responsibilities:- Respond and attend to guest repair requests. -Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues. -Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, machines, including cleaning and lubrication -Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines -Carry/move equipment as needed (e.g., tools, radio) -Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for the building. -Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. -Program TV’s and perform general engineering-related inventory duties. -Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Skills:-Demonstrated ability to design and construct mechanical systems and components.- Strong background in mechanical engineering principles and practices.- Knowledge of engineering systems- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making purposes.- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.- Proficiency in analyzing data.
