Overview

The Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the revenue streams of the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and the ability to produce accurate financial reports. The Revenue Manager will collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure that revenue is maximized and properly accounted for.
Responsibilities

Analyze and forecast revenue streams, identify opportunities to increase revenue
Develop and implement revenue management strategies and processes
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Monitor industry trends and make recommendations based on findings
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies
Track and report on key performance indicators
Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with industry and company policies and regulations

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
Strong understanding of revenue management strategies and principles
Knowledge of financial software and databases
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field
